With over a decade of experience across hospitality, education, and customer service, I’ve worked on the front lines and behind the scenes.....from luxury resorts and call centers to fully remote environments. I understand what it takes to keep systems running smoothly, customers satisfied, and teams aligned. I’ve supervised staff, handled high-volume communications, resolved complex issues, and managed administrative operations with accuracy and care.

My background includes leadership roles in both on-site and remote settings, where organization, communication, and professionalism weren’t optional, they were essential. I’ve supported clients and guests across the U.S. and internationally, managed CRM systems and booking platforms, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and consistently met high performance and service standards.
